ALOFT, with Fire Fighter Randell Albertson, is hosting a 3-day aviation camp (with cool airplanes, helicopters, and fire trucks)!
For Maui youth ages 12-18
Friday 11/15—Day One
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Drop off and pick up at Air Maui Heliport
- Helicopter Flight
- Aviation Maintenance presentation
- First breakout interview session
Saturday 11/16 —Day Two
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Drop off at Kahului Air Traffic Control Tower
Pick up at Kahului Airport Fire Station
- Air Traffic Control Tower tour
- Windward Aviation Fire helicopter demonstration
- Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting tour
- Second breakout interview session
Sunday 11/17 —Day Three
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Drop off and pick up at Kahului Airport fire station
- Pilot career path
- Introductory Flight
- Experimental Aircraft presentation
- Ramp and Airport Tour
